This is a super simple worksheet, to just prompt primary students through researching a topic, in this case, a dinosaur. 

In my class, I split the students into groups of 3 (we don't have enough computers for everyone to be on their own) and assigned each group a dinosaur to look up. These were third grade ESL students, with intermediate English skills and only beginning research skills.
