It is just a family tree which consist of some questions that can be used for exercise.

It's a reading comprehension text to practice the family vocabulary. It contains two reading comprehension exercises: a multiple-choice and a True/False/Not-in-the-text exercise. Suitable for elementary level students aged 10-12.
