In this ESL worksheet there are a variety of tasks and exercises. Re-order the words into sentences. Connect the sentences to the clocks and the matching pictures with the clocks. Draw the times.

What time do you.....?

It is an extremely simple worksheet taken from another page but it has been adapted for my students. I added more clocks in order to practise a little bit more. Hope you like it.

The time to write.

In this worksheet, students interview each other to find out about their routines. 



First, they make questions using the prompts given. Then, in pairs, they ask each other about when they do certain activities and draw the time. Finally, they write complete answers about their partner's routine.

Telling Time, how to read time in English

Each student receives one card. They only know first and then random time in the schedule. Their task is to mingle and complete the schedule by asking other students.

Look at the four clocks.  They show you how to read different times.  Then do the six exercises at the bottom of the page.  Either draw the hands on the clock or write the time below the clock.

This is an English test for Telling Time.  Pupils must draw the hands on the four clocks in the first part, then write the times on the two clocks in the second part.  Finally, they translate the expressions that they learned in worksheet 1 in their language in the third part.

Produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, using linking phrases (=words that connect ideas between sentences). Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
