This worksheet, it's about Adverbs of Frecuency, but the topic is TELEVISION. It's focus to High School. In addition, this worksheet is a mixture of other works that I found on this same page and I used them as a guide, but I gave it my personal touch. I hope you serve of them.

This is another version of the terrific crossword made by sylviepieddaignel. It is intended for adult classes, so it\'s not quite as fun-looking. But I find that it is a good challenge and I think that the pictures are an excellent way to add meaning without having to go into even more vocabulary explanations. I hope you find it useful.

Frequency Adverbs and Contractions Plus Writing Prompt

The objective of this worksheet is to enable student's basic understanding about the usage of adverbs of frequency. It is an ideal for pair work and to test students' knowledge about grammar. it can take from 5 to 10 minutes depending on students level and understanding. 

Students can easily understand the usage of adverbs of frequency by just writing under the correct picture. It is a fun worksheet and it worked with many students. i always use it with all levels of students. It is suitable with all age groups too but it's ideal for adults.

Teacher should divide students in pairs and give simple instructions which is "write the correct adverbs of frequency under the picture" and then show them the worksheet". Regarding the feedback teacher can solve the worksheet by himself and give students a brief feedback. The worksheet does not have a solution in it so teacher can give feedback according to his convenience. I normally let students exchange their worksheets with each other pair and let them evaluate their peers. I give my brief feedback afterwards so that students can get the clear idea about it.

Students loved it so i decided to share it with everyone out there.

Students choose a list of activites to fill in the blank squares and then play the board game with counnters and dice. Each time they land on a box they must use an adverb to complete the sentence. 



Example: 

Q: How often do you eat vegetables?

A: I sometimes eat vegetables.



Can be adapted depending on what you fill in the boxes with, it can be a full question or just a topic that the students then have to use to form a question.
