Ask the students to write the numbers they desire from 1 to 12. The grid is 4 by 3 so there are extra numbers that will not be included. Divide your class into groups of 4. Distribute the deck of cards to the students. Ask one student to demonstrate in the class. If the student, has the card that you are asking for, she will answer in a positive way form. The students will circle the number the card represents.
