"When is Karen's birthday?". For extra points they can add their classmates to the line Who can get the most classmate's birthdays! Can you find someone else with similar birthdays? It can be a short filler or extended to include speaking. If you can create a play out of it and assign characters. It is as unlimited as your imagination.
