I wrote these three little poems for my school students, grades 3 to 5. The learners work in groups of three, each one reading a poem and matching it to a picture. Or the poems can be cut up in lines and given to pairs of students to reassemble first. Ideas for follow-up activities can range from group recitals to sharades to writing students' own poems.
