Is fully adaptable (answers are included), you may change the blanks to focus on one type of question. Students need to spell (some) words and give dates.

Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets
