This worksheet is designed to help kids or basic learners to tell the time using O'Clock and Half-Past only. As nowadays most of the learners use digital clocks, I decided to use only digital clocks in this document. There's an example of each form and then you have 2 different exercises. Exercise 1 students will write the time and in exercise 2 they have to march the time expression with the correct clock.

Scrambled sentences

The first page is a normal grammar exercise in which students must follow the instructions, deciding if the sentences have the correct word order or replacing one object with a pronun.



The second page is a list of common double-transitive verbs, which you should cut out before the lesson and put into a bag. The students then create a chain story, where each sentence has to contain one verb drawn from the bag.
