This is a worksheet that you can use in a speaking lesson with young learners and adults ofcourse. First, motivate your learners to talk and think about the qutoes and reflect these to their lives. Even if they are young learners, trust me they will be able to get the idea and will be able to speak about them. Next episode is the family portraits. The first family picture belongs to the cartoon character "The Simpsons" and the other one belongs to the "Adams Family". The last family picture belongs to the Royal family of the Netherlands :) Let them talk about their guesses about the characteristics of the family members and who they might be. Also, talking about their appereance might be a good idea.

The above downloadable worksheet is a great resource for at Elementary (A1) and Pre-intermediate (A2) level. It is aimed at teaching Adjectives in English, and is useful for honing your learners' Speaking skills. It features the theme of Family.
