Telephone Conversations

This ws helps students to learn the vocab of making a phone call at a phone box. The reading exercise will be useful for them to learn the steps of an opinion essay and the most important linking words and their synonyms. On the second page they will have to put their brains to work and write a phone conversation with the clues given. Yeap!

The above downloadable handout is recommended for high school at Pre-intermediate (A2) and Intermediate (B1) level. It is great for teaching Conjunctions (aka connectives, e.g. and, but, or, so, then) in English, and is excellent for working on your pupils' Reading and Writing skills.

from Romania

Hi all! I am an English-German teacher from Transylvania and I adore teaching. It simply relaxes me and gives me energy and enthusiasm to keep creating new and exciting things. I also teach Romanian at a Language School, as I was brought up bilingually (Hungarian/Romanian). I hope you'll like my contributions.
