This is a lively activity and takes a bit of time to prep, but it’s suitable for all ages and gets students off their seats and interacting with the language in a meaningful way. It focuses on the unvoiced consonant sound /k/ vs. its voiced counterpart: /g/. Feel free to adapt according to your students' pronunciation/vocabulary needs and enjoy :)

This printable, downloadable handout was created for high school, elementary school, adults and students with special educational needs, learning difficulties, e.g. dyslexia at Beginner (pre-A1) and Elementary (A1) level. It is a useful material for practising Phonetics (pronunciation, IPA, phonetic symbols) in English, and was designed for improving your class' Speaking skills. It is about the topic and words of Actions. It includes a key, too.
