This is an explanation of how to ask questions in all verb tenses, including ´to be´ questions and subject questions.
The students need to fill in the question words and then the auxiliary verbs for each tense
Then there is a worksheet for students to change positive sentences to questions and then create their own question word questions using a list of the verbs provided. This is for B1 and above level.

The present downloadable printable is best suited for at Intermediate (B1) level. It is aimed at revising Questions (interrogative), Questions: Subject vs object questions, Questions: WH questions (open-ended questions) and Questions: Subject questions in English, and can be used for honing your groups' Writing skills.
