Grammar explanation:

Used to: used to talk about past habits (only with action verbs).

Be used to: focuses on the state of having acquired a habit.

Get used to: focuses on the process of acquisition of the habit.

Examples:

I used to play videogames. (In the past I had this habit, but not anymore).

I am used to living alone. (I am accustomed to living alone).

I am getting used to living alone. (I'm becoming accustomed to it).
