I was thinking about a fun activity to help students memorize verbs in the past simple. It is a game like Dominoes, with the first and second columns of verbs instead of numbers. 2 students or more may play the game. The student has to read the two forms aloud every time he/she gets a pair. The student who finishes his/her dominoes firt is the winner. Teachers have to paste the sheet of paper on a paperboard and cut the cards. Each card contains the basic form and past form of a verb. Teachers and can make new rules for the game. It's good to practice verb forms, spelling and pronunciation.

This downloadable handout is a great resource for high school, elementary school and adults at Elementary (A1) and Pre-intermediate (A2) level. It is great for revising Verb tenses in English, and is useful for honing your groups' Reading skills.
