I created this worksheet as a reading composition exercise. I think the process of chocolate making is really interesting and i'm sure a lot of students will too.
I recommend finding a short Youtube video about this subject to show to the students to get their interests flowing before starting this worksheet. I also would suggest a little chocolate tasting session after completing this, such as sampling how the percentage of cocoa beans in the chocolate affect's it's 'bitter' or 'sweet' taste.
For a follow-up, you could get the students to create their own poster showing the stages of the chocolate making process.
