This is a set of comprehension questions and written assignments for the reading of the novel "A Wizard of Earthsea" (1968) by Ursula K. Le Guin. The comprehension questions can be easily answered while reading. The second part consists of different discussion questions and written activities to help the students deepen their understanding of the book and its context.

A worksheet of the communication lesson "Asking for and Giving Suggestions". This worksheet comes with a chart that includes the expressions that are used to ask for and give suggestions. This document also includes two tasks. the first task is a matching exercise that aims to familiarize students with the expressions they have tackled in the chart above. The second task provides situations in a table, and students will have to form full sentences that include the expressions learnt to provide answers for those situations. What I wanted to do with both exercises is to include all of my students in the learning experience by providing a simple task and a slightly difficult one, in order to challenge them a bit and increase their autonomy. Moreover, it's preferable if you perform a speaking at the end of this lesson. This worksheet can be used as a lesson on its own or u can just adopt the exercises.
