This is a colouring activity worksheet for young students to learn: eyes, nose, mouth, ears, cheeks, chin, forehead and happy, sad, angry, scared, surprised. They can practise colours and face vocabulary by telling them what colour to use on each part.

Sentences describing the weather. Example sentences talking about weather. Print them out and laminate and have students rearraign words into sentences or use as a game for building sentences.

The objective of this worksheet is to improve the students'listening skills by having them complete the lyrics of this song. The video is available to help them accomplish this task. It is a fun activity and a trigger to introduce what a legend is. The task is completing the missing words in the lyrics. The solution is in the second page: all the keys are there. Best practice tips? give students the lyrics, read it all together out loud, try to elicit the gist of the song from students, listen one time, then play it again to complete the lyrics.

There are two sheets to my reading, scanning and comprehension exercise. The exercise includes speaking, listening and comprehension.



1.	An article for the student to read.

2.	A question sheet for you to read to the student.



I suggest you copy and paste into two different documents.

Send or give the article to the student to read aloud to you. Then ask the student questions from the question sheet, they’re in the same order as the article. Most of the answers are one or two words; just be aware that some students will read a whole paragraph knowing that the answer is somewhere in it. For me, that’s not good enough! 



Finally ask the student to read the article again and while you correct their pronunciation, as necessary.
