PAST SIMPLE VERBS

In this worksheet, students need to complete the conversation by matching the correct answer to the questions. They have to read very carefully and put the correct choice in the correct place. 

1. Match

A second worksheet to revise some  irregular verbs. Pupils  have to write the infinitive , past and participle for these pictures. They can write sentences using these verbal forms. Thanks.

Students have just received an introductory lesson on FORCE.  They have been introduced to gravity, push, pull, bounce, and roll.  They have been given a word bank and at the top of the sheet and are expected to write the answers below the pictures.

Name the Force

This worksheet is about how to speak about time in a proper way. It is useful for elementary as well as the intermediate group.  Students have to look at the clocks and match the time as written there. 

Speaking time

A very versatile and extremely popular game with my students.  Students practise speaking and other skills while having fun. This game allows you to assign some tasks for students to do before they take the cards and can be adapted to any level.



Some suggestions:

- practising numbers and calculations

- making sentences including the numbers/figures on the cards

- telling a story with as many sentences as the final result of adding the numbers on taken cards



Extra tip! - You can set the grammar tense to practise in those sentences or any other grammar or vocabulary topic you want to review, e.g. make 7 short sentences with a different preposition of place in each or tell us what a King does/shouldn't do/used to do or tell us 5 clothing items for women or 10 farm animals. The possibilities are endless!
