Trained Rats Help Remove Landmines - Reading Lesson

This worksheet places a strong emphasis on vocabulary building and conversational ability. First, students have to understand vocabulary for recognition and production. Then, they need to use the words they just pick up to describe the outfit in the images. After that, students are given the opportunity to practice speaker more freely and interact with peers with the Find-Someone-Who activity. And a listening task is given to reinforce students' familarity of the targeted language use and, at the same time, learn to understand native English speaking and pronunciation.
