his tale was based on the common lore of mangat. Mangat could be literally translated as ghosts. They were perceived to be the spirits of the dead that were stuck in the world of humans as these spirits were supposed to cross to the spiritual world. This story foretells on how a family led by their son copes with the presence of mangat in their village. This story was written by Sirhajwan Idek. This material contains several questions. It is also available in ESL Printables.

This is a wordsearch with relevant words from the reader by Mary Shelly. This is intended to mak etudents speak about the feelings of the monster and his creator too.
