Joy Division - Love Will Tear Us Apart 

This tale was based on a Bajau mythology of a supernatural being called Timbalun. Timbalun was a supernatural creature that inflicts diseases and bad incidents on people. There were rituals that could be performed in order to cure people from the curse or jinx that Tmbalun had on them and also to banish Timbalun itself.This material contains a series of questions. It was written by Sirhajwan Idek. It is also available in ESL printables. 

Timbalun (The Witch of Disease)

his tale was based on the common lore of mangat. Mangat could be literally translated as ghosts. They were perceived to be the spirits of the dead that were stuck in the world of humans as these spirits were supposed to cross to the spiritual world. This story foretells on how a family led by their son copes with the presence of mangat in their village. This story was written by Sirhajwan Idek. This material contains several questions. It is also available in ESL Printables.

This is a word search activity on the seven continents. Students find the words from the word bank at the bottom of the activity and circle them This can be used as a warm up activity.

Things In A Park

This is a wordsearch with relevant words from the reader by Mary Shelly. This is intended to mak etudents speak about the feelings of the monster and his creator too. This can be used as pre reading activity or just to speak about a classic story that most people know about. Also applies for feeling vocabulary.

Frankestein 

The objective of this task is to develop listening comprehension. This is a fun activity you can use for warming up at the beginning of your lesson on the topic Sport. Your students have to listen to the song, complete the gaps and sing it. This task has got a solution on pages 5-8. A Wish For Wings That Work Listening Practice

This is a worksheet based in a  eurodance band called Corona, the song is  "Rhythm of the night'' that was a hit in Europe and Brazil in 1990s. 

This is a fill in the blanks activity and there´s a short text about the band so you can ask students some questions like ''where the band is from?'' "when the song was released'?'.
