The story tells about a teacher who taught their students to use critical thinking even with their teachers and check the information they are taught.

This exercise is designed to teach the formation of present continuous tense(positive - negative - interrogative) and how to use it. It is for elementary to pre-intermediate students.

This tale was based on a Bajau mythology of a supernatural being called Timbalun. Timbalun was a supernatural creature that inflicts diseases and bad incidents on people. There were rituals that could be performed in order to cure people from the curse or jinx that Tmbalun had on them and also to banish Timbalun itself.This material contains a series of questions. It was written by Sirhajwan Idek. It is also available in ESL printables. 

Timbalun (The Witch of Disease)

his tale was based on the common lore of mangat. Mangat could be literally translated as ghosts. They were perceived to be the spirits of the dead that were stuck in the world of humans as these spirits were supposed to cross to the spiritual world. This story foretells on how a family led by their son copes with the presence of mangat in their village. This story was written by Sirhajwan Idek. This material contains several questions. It is also available in ESL Printables.

This is a 5-page worksheet for working on the film 'Chariots of Fire' in at least 3 lessons. Students should have B1 level of English and should be above 16 to understand the motivation of the heroes. The worksheet includes a copy with the key and a vocab list.

This is a conversation worksheet that allows the students to practice on their speaking skills on the topic: at the airport. This can also be used for do and does grammar lesson.

This is a worksheet based in a  eurodance band called Corona, the song is  "Rhythm of the night'' that was a hit in Europe and Brazil in 1990s. 

This is a fill in the blanks activity and there´s a short text about the band so you can ask students some questions like ''where the band is from?'' "when the song was released'?'.

Here is a worksheet with the English idioms for practising. It can be a pair work. The task is to match pictures with written words and to explain the meaning. Another task can be to use it in a situation or to create a short dialog.

Mixed English Idioms

This worksheet is to work with the simple past of some regular and irregular verbs. The activity is developed through a song of the musical group puddle of mudd. Students have to complete the song with the past of the verbs. It is divided in different steps: write the past, complete the song, order a part of the lyrics and finally, ask some questions to a classmate. There isn't a solution, because the song is pretty clear and easy to complete. You have to explain the students what's the activity about, the stepts and finally check with them the corrects answer. At the end, they have to report about their classmates answers or talk about what they remember about the questions they are going to ask to a classmate.
