Describing and guessing words is a well-known and commonly used activity.

Why don´t we try it at Christmas time as well? There is a set of 18 cards, each card always contains a main - guessing word and then three more words which you are not allowed to use while describing the main one. Have fun!

The activity is a gap fill activity but learners will likely only need to hear the song once (max. twice) as there is so much repetition in the song.
