Ss have the words and they have to fill the blanks with the correct words according to the pictures.

Clothes

Step 1 - Talk about what makes people happy/sad etc.

Step 2 - Break your class into groups of no more than 5.

Step 3 - Give each student one minute to think of and write a question.

Step 4 - Students give their page to the next student in their team.

Step 5 - They answer the question and write a new one. 

Step 6 - Repeat till the sheet gets back to the original owner.



Finish the activity by reading some of the answers and getting the class to guess who wrote them.

How well can you...?

This is an adaptable activity according to the teacher´s life and students´ level. It´s an enjoyable activity for the first day of class even if you are teaching the same group. I did it with my students ... a group of fourteen ... and asked who wanted to do the same. At the beginning of every class 2 students prepared a set of statements about themselves and gave to the group and to me as well of course! It was a success!

Campus Life

You know how to use them. But I usually ask my Ss to answer all parts on their own in silence. Then I collect the cards and shuffle then give them back to students randomly, then they have to speak about the student whose card they're given. You can also ask them not to mention the name and have the class guess who the person being described is. It makes them more confident to talk.

I've also put circles on top of each card to punch and make a booklet.
