This is an intermediate level ESL Dialogue for travel students, or general ESL students. There is some Korean translation of key phrases and terms. The dialogue is referenced to the boarding pass (actual copy of flight that is being re=booked) so students can see the actual terms used on the boarding pass. It is for Air Canada, a flight from Vancouver to Taipei.
The passenger basically is late for the flight, and has to buy a new ticket at the check in counter. The Boarding pass is in both French and English, as Canada is a bilingual country

The present downloadable teaching material is best suited for at Pre-intermediate (A2) and Intermediate (B1) level. It is excellent for enhancing your class' Speaking skills.
