This worksheet can be used as preliminary material to get students to revise the simple sentences needed to introduce yourself. (I use this as complement to Info worksheet 1 to avoid having small kids copy all the sentences up since they are quite slow!)
I have students fill in Info sheet 1 first and express themselves to see what sentences they can come up with by themselves then i give them Info sheet 2 to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Then I shuffle all Info sheets 1 and students must describe their classmates using the cues.
Afterwards, I use an empty Info sheet 1 (given to all students in class) to have them complete it by listening to a recording.
In the end, students are evaluated on the following skills, being able to:
- introduce yourself briefly.
- introduce someone else briefly.
- talk about the things you like or don't like.
- talk about the things someone else likes or dislikes.
- give a phone number.
- spell a name.
Students must master the following lexicon:
- sports and extra-curricular activities
