This form consists of a template for students to use when they are listening politely to a classmate's presentation. Using this form to assess behavior/listening skills during presentations will help keep students on task, as each form will be graded and you can assign points to ensure students listen with respect to a classmate's presentation.  



Presenters are pre-informed that their presentation must include at least three facts for their classmates to record.
