If you need a bit more elaborate speaking activity on the subject of family and other types of relations - this pairwork activity might be of some help. It is tailored to higher levels of advancement, yet you can either cherrypick or simplify some of the questions if you feel that they are too straightforward. It all stays in the family after all! :)
