I use this worksheet in speaking classes (high intermediate) to get the students to interview each other and review/use housing vocabulary. Each student interviews two other classmates about their preferred housing arrangements, such as location, size, number of rooms, as well as the habits their potential roommates have (smoking, pets, etc).
