Made to help students and teachers how to properly write a letter (email and by post) and some instructions. At the end, try to let the students write a letter whereas formal or informal, to someone they know or even you.

The present downloadable handout is meant for at Intermediate (B1) and Upper-intermediate (B2) level. It is great for teaching Backshift in time (e.g. WILL/WOULD), BE (auxiliary verb), BE + infinitive structures (e.g. he was to become famous), BE ABLE TO, BE: WAS or WERE, CAN, CAN or BE ABLE TO, CAN or COULD and Phrasal verbs in English, and is useful for working on your groups' Writing skills.
