This is a presentation on Christmas celebration in Sweden, especially Santa Lucía´s Day. Starting with the story of Santa Lucia, it shows the way girls are dressed on that day (December, 13th), and a bit less remarkable, the boys; presents traditions and symbols plus TV programmes Swedes usually watch the 24th of December, Traditional food and drink and a link on youTube to see the Christmas story The Tomten. Finally, a craft we made in class to celebrate Santa Lucía´s Day. I hope you like it

This printable, downloadable handout is meant for at Elementary (A1) level. It is valuable for revising Nouns in English, and is a valuable material for improving your students' Speaking skills. It focuses on the theme of Christmas.
