This PPT was created to help the students to navigate learning of verb "to be." It includes an explanation and practices that should help in speaking as well as writing tasks.

Verb "to Be" explanation and practice

Students match each vocabulary word with the correct clothing image. Students then see if they can recall each piece of clothing without the vocabulary provided (final slide).

Students look at the pictures and guess the name of the foods (fruit, vegetables, or dairy), with the answers on the next slide.  Can be used as end of topic test to aid vocabulary recall of different foods.

This presentation is a conversation class file, teachers can use with students to practice new vocabulary and share ideas according to the topic given. I hope it is useful!

Conversation class: animes

Time filler activity for young or adult ESL students. There are questions about general knowledge. You can divide the class into teams based on the number of students and then ask the questions to make a quiz show in class. It takes 10-15 minutes to finish. It's good for the last part of a lesson when you run out of materials. Later you might ask your students to prepare  questions of their own and extend the quiz. Have fun.
