This is a presentation on WH questions. 

1- students fill in the missing words

2- students listen to sentences and write down the answers to the questions from the first activity

3- students answers questions about themselves (this can also be extended to other SS then repeating the answer but in the 3rd person- i live in London...She lives in London etc)

Have students match questions and answers. Then ask them to create their own variations.

The idea is to encourage quick scanning, adaption, and then application of the basic format.

Time, location, colour, size, shape, reason, function, ownership, or destiny. 

An interrogative word or question word is a function word used to ask a question, such as what, which, when, where, who, whom, whose, why, whether and how. They are sometimes called wh-words, starting with Wh. (compare Five Ws)

WH Questions

First ask the questions to your student and then he/she asks you back the same questions. After that, read the text to each other and ask the same questions but now about the text to practice wh questions in the third person
