This is another IELTS reading and vocabulary lesson That I have made. I think I'm on 20 stories so far. The topic of this one was chosen by a year 11 student. It uses another 10 words from the IELTS vocabular list. It's not intended to be used as a text based lesson for all you communicative boy scouts. 

The Story of King Arthur

It's about making suggestions when you have some problems. So problems are given and students are choosing expressions for making suggestions about the problems.

Students have to read the sentences and then to choose the correct answer. Four possible answers are given . Only one is correct. The  game follows the structure of the famous game. There is a time limit, sound effects.

WH QUESTIONS PRESENTATION FOR BEGINNERS

The easiest version asks to correct mistakes in the lyrics, the second version asks to find and correct those mistakes and the third is an answersheet.
I use images in online classes so that students don't get automatic spelling corrections.
Suggestion: start by playing his audio version ("official audio") and after having done the exercise you could play the lyrics version ("official lyric video"). Both can be found on Bruce Springsteen's youtube page.
Note that these activities were created with Brazilian students in mind, so there might be some 'strange' mistakes if you are from another linguistic background.
