This activity is looking at simple sentence structure - Who? (Subject), Doing? (Verb), What? (Object). Role the each of the dice to get a nonsense sentence, each student writes the words on sentence coloured strips, monitor, keeping an eye on spelling and handwriting. This step can be skipped from students who do not need to word on handwriting.


The next step is to write the three sentences on the worksheet.
