It is more fun to practice grammar by playing games. Here your students practice the different conditional clauses (1, 2, 3). Students work in pairs. The beginning of a sentence is given and they have to end it in the correct form.

CONDITIONALS FIRST TYPE

There´s another post by me with the same material, i.e. Murphy´s Law to practice 1rst conditional, however, that one is just a simple matching game. Then someone suggested that I made a domino game of it, so here it is. Hope it is useful and your students will like it as much as my students did. :)

First we study the article. I let them work with a partner on vocab, then we do the listening gapfill. After checking, students work solo, in pairs or groups to complete the rest of the activities.
