This is a reading exercise to practise basic structures. They read the sentences and decide which picture is being described. These are very busy pictures, so they can then write some sentences themselves. NOTES: a canal boat is called a narrow boat. The path by the canal is called the towpath. We can say railway station, but the term is more usually train station.
