This is a set of flash cards ready to print and use. 

You can revise simple present, adjectives, and the verb to be using them. The topic is highly motivating for students because they can talk about themselves, friends and family. I hope you find it useful!

Chinese Horoscope

This is a word search worksheet that is based on the zodiac. It deals with the characteristics of each zodiac sign. It is a fun activity but it needs prior preparation. Discuss the signs of the zodiac with the class and the relevant vocabulary.

A lot of speaking questions and fun idioms. I personally used this esl/efl worksheet for my private lessons to get my students talking and creating sentences. Hopefully they will help you guys too. The idioms are what my students loved the most. They can be used for all levels from a2 in my opinion.

worksheet with horoscopes.  Reading exercise, speaking exercise. Pupils have to look for their own horoscopes and see if the description matches their personality.

The worksheet is aimed at elementary or entermediate 

 latin students . It\'s a reading comprehension activity, with true/ false, answer questions, complete a cross word. It also includes an exercise to complete with the first conditional and some predictions about the future and then students should choose a star sign and write a short horoscope using some of the idioms and the first conditional. 

Your horoscope with idioms: Sperstitions, first conditional

1) pupils make their own horoscopes for all zodiac signs. It can be only one sentence containing will structure.

e.g. You will win 1, 000 dollars. 

2) Then they ask one another :"What is your horoscope for my sign (cancer)?"

3) Pupils have to note the name of the person they ask and his/her answer in a first person form: I will win 1,000 dollars.

4) I hope you enjoy this activity as we did.
