Ss work in groups and they have to find the maximum number of words that rhyme with the one they have in their card.

The teacher should explain that rhyming words are words that have the same ending sounds.

It could be mentioned that most nursery rhymes, songs,  and poems have rhyming words.

Pupils should be advised to keep their eyes and ears open for rhyming words whenever they read poetry or listen to songs.
