This is a simple exercise to practice present simple and present continuous, it is a quick task, which your students can show their capacity to use these two tenses.

A crossword puzzle. Students are divided into two groups. They have to interpret pictures to write some adjectives into the puzzle. Then they have to ask each other to define their missing words in order to be able to complete their crossword puzzle. They have to take turns.
