Here is another worksheet of the series "VOCABULARY QUIZ"(answers included) this time to review vocabulary related to THE MONEY WORLD. Students must choose the right option in some multiple choice questions, and answer others with the correct info. It´s useful to discuss also in which other contexts the rest of the options are used, so that they not only review the vocabulary specific of this topic, but also other terms. Enjoy it!!

FINANCIAL LITERACY: BUDGETING

The final lesson in Module 1, Pocket Money, for the 9th Grade, is designed to introduce students to financial literacy within a family context through speaking and vocabulary enrichment. The lesson starts with a pre-speaking activity involving watching a video of a father and daughter discussing an allowance, which prompts a definition of pocket money and a subsequent class discussion on the amount they receive and their spending habits (e.g., on gifts, fast food, and clothes).
