For beginner students who are learning the letters of the alphabet,  They need to add the initial letter for the words from the box above.   Planned as a recap activity.
 Uses common words, but vocab should be pre-taught if learners are unfamiliar with it.  Money picture is for UK pounds, you may want to change it!

17 initial consonants add letter

First page is for learners who are beginning to recognise letters in the English alphabet.  Learners need to circle the same letter, mixed in amongst other letters.
Second page is to match lower and upper case letters for the names of the months, then find them in a wordsearch.

Basic literacy activities for students learning the alphabet

Color the pictures or the photos that starts with the letter F sound and make sure to read out it pictures too. This worksheet can enhance the students vocabulary and phonics.
