This is a set of cards I usually use in Units related to personal introduction. One student pretends he / she is one of the characters and other asks questions. They are facing the other students, who check if they're asking the right questions.

This power point slides show is on dates. It can be used for reviewing the ordinal numbers, the days of the week and the months of the year. I hope is useful for your students.

a simple ppt for introducing yourself lesson. I am teaching 65-85 students per class so I try to maximize the time by doing pair and group activities as much as I can.

Introducing yourself

This is a powerpoint presentation that I made for my French students aged 11-12 but it can be used for beginners and elementary level. 

It presents each section clearly starting with the days of the week and continuing with the months of the year and the ordinal numbers.

Days-Months-Ordinal Numbers

This is a PPT lesson designed to get students used to the correct tongue placement to say voiced and unvoiced TH sounds. First Ss are asked to place a finger in front of their lips and they must feel their tongue touch (lick) their finger. Once they've got used to that, the teacher will give each student a lollipop that s/he will hold in front of their lips. With each TH word they say, they'll be able to taste the sweetness of the candy and the tongue placement will have a positive association for them. I used two supplementary YouTube videos of voiced and unvoiced TH words made by The Accent's Way. The students repeated the words with the lollipops. It has been a great success each time I've taught this!

Calendar 

This is a slideshow designed to help learners with basic number suffixes when counting order or talking about ages or number ranges. It uses a "st - nd - rd - th" approach after numbers to count. Each short section should build on the last with a few examples and some gaps for the students to have a try for themselves.  All pictures are creative commons from pixabay.com. This is a 'Golden Bell' quiz I created for my Korean middle school students. It covers all the topics I taught this year (two questions per topic) such as flags, landmarks, sports, music, dates, aviation, clothes, kimchi (traditional Korean food), houses, professions, hairstyles, medicine, weather, time, the solar system & more!

It focuses on the vocabulary needed to negotiate booking into a hotel, and some of the services found in hotels. Suitable for adults, business people, and teens.

BOOKING INTO A HOTEL

This is a board game based on New Inside Out photocopiable material from the elementary teacher's book. You can practice present simple sentences, the time and the months. It is suitable for beginners or elementary students. 

Board game: Snakes and ladders months, present simple questions, ice-breaker.

Card game is played like Uno. The player who puts the card is to name the time expression with a correct prepostion. For example, written "the morning" - say "in the morning", etc.

Produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, using linking phrases (=words that connect ideas between sentences). Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well

Learners taking the C2 Proficient exam should be able to:<ul><li>Understand almost everything read or heard with ease.</li><li>Summarize information from a variety of sources into a coherent presentation.</li><li>Express themselves using precise meaning in complex scenarios.</li><li>Can express him/herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations</li></ul>
