This was for introducing the word-formation using the words they already know. I use this PPT aiming to improve my ss writing as well as reading comprehension. It helps them to overcome the fear of unknown vocabulary. They try to develop an educated guess about words using prefixes and suffixes.

I wanted to show my students different sentence patterns when writing simple sentences. Here I have presented why some sentence end in a verb and don't have an object and what the difference is between transitive and intransitive verbs is.

Produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, using linking phrases (=words that connect ideas between sentences). Main grammar points to know: inversion, mixed conditionals, modals in the past, all passive forms, phrasal verbs (all patterns), wish/if only for regrets

Learners who can smoothly communicate in every walk of life, read long texts and write well
