The aim of this Jeopardy Game is to revise the Present Tenses (dynamic and stative verbs), Personality Adjectives, Word Formation with Negative Prefixes, and Phrasal Verbs with Up. 

Grammar and Vocabulary Jeopardy Game 

Slides show various examples of how base words can be expanded with prefixes and suffixes.



I would ask the class to shout out what suffix or prefix could be added to each base word. The following slide of each word shows an example word. Obviously, multiple suffixes or prefixes could work for some of the words given.



Under each word, I've added definitions and word classes to help show how word forms and meaning change with the addition of prefixes and suffixes.
