Collect more ideas about what can go wrong in your hotel/ hotel room during your holiday.

Prepare Ss for a role play in which they will be hotel managers and dissatisfied hotel guests. Put expressions in two different categories: making a complaint and offering solutions to the problems.

Give Ss role cards of managers and hotel guests and ask them to make dialogues in the given situations.

Collect as many different types of accommodation as possible. 

Ask students about where they stayed during their last holiday. Ask them to describe what the hotel/ guest house/ etc. was like.
