This file contains one page that is a doctor's one-week appointment book, and one page that is a patient's one-week appointment book. Give patient pages to half the class and doctor pages to the other half. One patient and one doctor need to role play a phone call (or in-person visit for lower-level students) to schedule a doctor visit at a mutually convenient time. This was a fun activity! Practices asking questions & scheduling-related vocabulary.
