The students have to respond to the given statements using neither/nor, so + auxiliary verb. The objective is for students to circle or underline the verb in the sentence, identify the tense, and use the corresponding auxiliary.

Talk to someone who feels the same way you do

A speaking activity for students to practice using BOTH, EITHER and NEITHER. The worksheet contains a series of activities, such as "going for long walks," or "watching romantic movies." The students must find one classmate who enjoys each activity, and one who does not. After answering all the questions, the students compare students' answers. For instance, a comparison might be made by writing: "both John and Jane like going to the beach," or "neither Sally nor Mark like singing."
