Designed to be used with The Grouchy Ladybug as a way to encourage students to think about their own behavior and what situations make them "grouchy".



Students can draw/color in their faces onto the ladybug, and either write a couple of sentences about what makes them grouchy, or copy a sentence you provide them (depending on their level of English)



I used this with 6 yr old ESL learners, with prompts they could copy from the board such as:



I feel grouchy when:



- I am hungry.

- I am tired.

- I am cold.

- I have to share.
